Here is the Return and Refund Policy for Big Fish Tackle Company.
Please read carefully to the policy below. To return products and
tackle purchased from Big Fish Tackle Company due to product defect or damages
please use return address on invoice to ship returns back to Big Fish Tackle
Company. If you received damaged or defected merchandise or were sent wrong
merchandise you did not order. Big Fish Tackle Company will reimburse the
shipping costs for said items in question. Do not return items COD or via Air
service. Include the invoice with return. If you lost the invoice, include a
name, day time phone #, address and a brief explanation of the problem. Ship
with most convenient carrier. |
