 Thank you for visiting Big Fish Tackle Company, My name is
Glenn Pugh. I have been fortunate enough to have grown up fishing
and hunting in the outdoors. While fishing with my dad as a young
boy we fished Mosquito Lagoon and the Indian river after we duck
hunted. Later I would go to just fish all over Mosquito Lagoon and
the Indian River.
My uncle Mike is guide in Sebastian, Florida and he keeps his
clients on fish. Over the years we have developed lure colors and
glitter combinations in soft plastic baits that really catch fish.
We would take our ideas to the local manufactures and get them to
make our colors in soft plastics. We also made our own jig heads and
modified spoons to be able to carry a grub tail with minimal
interference with the action of the spoon itself.
One tackle manufacturer was always willing to make our color
plastics, spoons, and jigheads. That company was Big Fish Tackle
Company; producing lures for us in smaller quantities so we
could afford to try our ideas and color schemes.
I purchased the Big Fish Tackle Company in July,2007. Based on my
experience and the fishing experience of my brother Eric and my
uncle Mike I am confident we have developed exclusive colors and
designs that just are not out in the market place.
